Cats and small dogs are welcome at Silvercrest Garner Active Retirement Community.   

  

There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee, and the Resident enters into a Pet Agreement with Silvercrest Garner Active Retirement Community.  The Resident is responsible for the care and maintenance of their pet, and cleaning up after the pet, including outside the building.   All pets are to be leashed when in the public areas of the property and are not permitted inside dining areas at any time.  The non-refundable pet fee shall be waived for Residents with legitimate service animals however the Resident is liable for any damages done by such service animal(s).
